I really like it but I’ve pushed so much inside that when it comes to the work sheets I got really bad anxiety thinking about what I’ve pushed so far down I had to put it away for a minute.

This book takes the time to explain facts and lay out step by step instructions for various scenarios. The worksheets are also quite helpful, but i feel the cost could be more reasonable.
