This book is proving to be life changing for me. I would highly recommend the app Neurocycle. I got it first and within days I could see the clouds starting to part and the sun peak through. The Neurocycle app is helping me clear mental clutter that I have experienced and been been controlled by for years. I talk and talk about these issues and no one ever understood including the one glazed eyed therapist I went to for a few visits. This work is helping me in all areas of my life. I bought the book secondary to starting the app as a way to get more context to what I was doing. I usually don’t like lengthy explanations of why something is the way it is but in this case I actually am using all this information. I plan to Neurocycle the rest of my life. I also plan to reread this book immediately to take in more.
Have not read the book yet….the service receiving the book was great and book is in great shape. ThankS!
This book changed my life. Great techniques. Will be using the app. I see why I need to stress less and solve more. This book leaves me speechless. *standing ovation
Great read so far
I started following Dr. Caroline Leaf on Instagram. Reading her post made me more aware of my thinking both how I think and how I should think. In Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess, she explains the Neurocycle and the research that went into it. What Dr. Leaf says about mind management in her book makes a lot of sense.
