  4. This book helps the reader understand all aspects of trauma. Let’s face it, the impact of trauma never leaves us. It is, in it’s own way, a disability. However, like with all disabilities, we can learn to live well with it. This workbook teaches one how to live well. It is one of the more comforting books I have read on trauma. It validates the reader’s experiences and gives clarity to why each symptom happens. You are not alone and I hope you find in this book what I have.
