Will take awhile to actually work through this workbook. Seems to have a lot of great content in self development, and healing from a variety of different mental issues. Work on the underlying trauma’s that have to be addressed, and corrected to have normal cognition, and a overall better life.
Covered the fundamentals to quickly get started. Even tho preferred to make my own, love the included workbook. Reasonably priced.
