I found this book really easy to read and very helpful. Definitely a different perspective than what I’m used too. I will recommend

It helps readers recognize and embrace their inner child, understand past wounds, and provides a structured HEAL process for resolving trauma. This book is a valuable resource for anyone seeking emotional stability and healing from past traumas.
One of the book’s standout features is the HEAL process, which offers a structured and comprehensive approach to healing past traumas. This process is a testament to the author’s expertise and commitment to helping readers embrace authenticity and live a more fulfilling life.
“Healing Your Wounded Inner Child” is not just a book; it’s a personal journey towards healing and emotional well-being. It empowers readers to confront their past, make peace with it, and ultimately move forward with greater emotional stability. This book is a valuable resource for anyone seeking to overcome past trauma, face abandonment issues, and regain emotional equilibrium. It is a testament to the power of self-discovery and self-compassion in the healing process.
This is good content but could use more practical exercises for the journey. It does seem to be a little redundant as well. However, if you’re new to the topic and are just starting on a healing journey, then this is a good book to start with. It will help you unpack emotions and trauma that has happened in your past while softly leading you to process them and change the story around it so it can be released with compassion.
Good intro to topic. However if you are looking for a more comprehensive guide with me frustrating format, then you will need to purchase another book
I have plenty of baggage from my childhood and even since. There are many useful techniques and I look forward to seeing a difference in my own self. I know it won’t be overnight but I can’t wait to break the cycle so I don’t put my own baggage on my kids.
